James started his journey in the financial services industry in 2020, where he learned the ropes by working in a variety of technical roles before commencing his professional year to be a Financial Adviser in 2021.

After completing his professional year under the expert tutelage of Senior Financial Adviser Chris Shiels, James has since enjoyed assisting clients with holistic financial advice, specifically superannuation, retirement planning, wealth accumulation and investment portfolio construction.

James also holds Bachelor Degrees in Business Management and Commerce (Finance major) from the University of Queensland as well as a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Away from the office, James can be found spending time with his wife and extremely energetic puppy, dreaming of his next holiday destination and investing far too much emotional energy into the success of the Brisbane Broncos and Australian cricket team.
