Helen Postle

CFP®, DipFP

Helen is an experienced planner with an impressive career spanning 40 years.

She is well known for her down to earth approach when dealing with clients.

She spent her early working life in supervisory roles in banking before moving on to real estate investment, and mortgages.

She worked as a 2-i-C in a financial planning firm at the same time as the real estate and mortgage roles and this encouraged her to start her studies to become a financial planner herself.

Helen obtained her Diploma of Financial Planning in 1998 followed closely by her Certified Financial Planner ™.

Running her own business and starting it from scratch was a big endeavour with a young family but perseverance paid off.

Throughout the past 27 years, Helen has gained enormous satisfaction from changing people’s financial lives.  She has developed strategies that break down the complicated to the simple so that everyone fully understands the advice.

Helen specialises in Retirement Planning using a suite of strategies that have improved income for clients by, in some cases,  tens of thousands of dollars.

She also spent many years introducing financial planning to Queensland Government employees via the salary packaging and novated leasing offering.  Many of those clients are financial planning clients today.

Helen maintains that if they trust you with a little, they will trust you with a lot.

Helen also assists people with Self Managed Super Funds to make the most of the Funds as many people with these funds are not operating them to their fullest potential.

She works closely with mortgage brokers and taxation lawyers to ensure her clients gain the maximum benefit from her advice.

Outside of work, Helen loves to spend time with her grandchildren and enjoys travelling and catching up with friends.
